Annotation

This project explores the dynamic interactions between humans and their surroundings, focusing on the St. Giles Hill Viewpoint. By observing and recording how users engage with the environment, the study aims to understand the relationship between people and places, highlighting the impact of the environment on human behavior and vice versa.

Reflection

In the past, I thought design was merely about working around a theme, without truly understanding the deeper meaning of the phrase, "Art comes from life." However, through this project, I have come to realize that design requires greater attention to interactions in daily life, whether between people or between people and their environment. These connections are the true sources of design inspiration. Only through such observations can design better serve life, rather than merely focusing on superficial aesthetics.
