Using the given text, I created a published object that amplifies the content in new and exciting
ways through AR
interaction, offering an immersive and engaging experience.
In this project, I took on the role of a small duck wandering through a familiar path, collecting
feelings, thoughts,
and fleeting moments to shape a gentle, personal psychogeographic map.
I visited Casa Batlló, exploring how its architectural display engages visitors through
innovative design, vibrant
colors, and unique forms to convey its artistic and cultural message.
I selected objects from the Science Museum to tell a story about how technology reshapes
identity. Through web
interaction and AR, I created an immersive experience that invites reflection on selfhood.
Evaluate and reflect on the three projects I have worked on this term.
Semester 1
Head off to the City Centre with my group and investigate the cycling activity, focusing
on
any evident problems or
issues.
Something special and private in your bag which you don’t want to share.
I chose the St. Giles Hill Viewpoint to observe and record the interactions between the
USERS
and PLACES.
This assignment is about understanding and making connections between what I see and what
I
read.
Watch the two short films listed below. Reflect and comment on what I have seen.
To create something tangible based on the
distractions and resources
discovered during the search. The aim is to embrace the disruption and turn it into a
starting point for new design
ideas.
Watch all three of these Google for Entrepreneurs videos on prototyping, and write down
my
reflections and insights.
I was involved in the early design stages of a weather app that will run on mobile
devices,
designing the app's features
and activities according to the design standards.
Work through a short LinkedIn Learning course on using empathy in design and then
use a hand-drawn notetaking
method to record what I have learned.
At the heart of this task is learning about Verplank's presentation, mindset, and core
issues
of
interaction design, and
translating them into an easy-to-understand note-taking format.
Because users often invest too much energy in electronic devices, I designed a meditation
app
to
help them allocate
their time wisely, focus on themselves, and regulate their physical and mental state.
Using the DIEP method (Describe, Interpret, Evaluate, Plan) to structure my reflections
and
presenting them in the form
of a mind map.
Hypothetically, when I was working as an artist, writing a personal autobiography and
reflecting
on the project and
research process I completed this semester.
Design a pet odor monitoring app for UK pet lovers, showcasing iterative design processes
such as
user research,
prototyping, and testing, with the goal of safeguarding pet health and improving air
quality.
This is a checklist to confirm the completion status of various projects throughout the
semester.
Write a DIEP-based reflection on my module performance, highlighting strengths,
weaknesses,
and
improvements.
