Project 02 - Territories and Interfaces
Download PDF: Ge Linling_project02.pdfCreating Inner Currents allowed me to explore how emotions are embedded in my daily environment. Inspired by psychogeographic methods, I focused on mapping feelings such as comfort, nostalgia, and quiet joy instead of physical distances. Through visual storytelling, I translated these emotions into a mix of collage, illustration, and text. The design process challenged me to balance personal memory with clear visual communication. I learned how layout, hierarchy, and visual rhythm can shape emotional resonance. This project taught me that even the most ordinary spaces carry personal meaning, and by slowing down and reflecting, I can build deeper connections with my surroundings.
