Semester 1_Project 03

While working on this project, I realized that the key to design lies in identifying the real needs of users. Through observation and conversations, I noticed that many international students face various small challenges when adapting to a new environment, such as difficulties with unfamiliar devices or language barriers. This made me understand that design isn't just about addressing surface-level issues but about uncovering those overlooked pain points through detailed analysis and deep thought. The entire process taught me that meaningful design is about providing practical help to users, which often comes from paying close attention to the details of everyday life and creating a sense of empathy.
