Lessscreen is an app that focuses on helping users reduce their screen time. It guides users to reduce
their reliance on mobile phones and rebalance the relationship between the digital world and real lfe
through screen time monitoring, fun offline challenges and personalised setting features. Inspired by
the overuse of mobile phones in modern society, LessScreen is not only a tool, but also a lifestyle
initiative that encourages users to reconnect with their real lives
After completing the LessScreon project, i realised that design should not only focus on functional
implementation, but also consider long-term user experience and sustainability. While the app initially
engages users, the challenge remains to keep them continuously engaged.I realised that it's crucial to
listen to user feedback and continuously optimise the functionality and experience through what
users actually want. This project has taught me that the core of design is not only about creativity and
aesthetics. but also about solving real problems and improving the quality of life of users. I will
continue to adjust and improve the applcation from the user's perspective.
